Job title: Sales and Marketing Manager (1 post)
Location: Dar es salaam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budgeting and business planning.
- Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids ,
marketing contents , website pages , brochures , marketing videos etc - Contract Review and Negotiation
- Customer Services
- Responsible in Revenue & market share growth
- Business strategy formulation including competitive analysis & strategies
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the study
- 3 -5years progressive Sales experience Within security Industry
- Field sales experience particularly selling guarding and Alarm services
- Good knowledge of security services Pricing
- Not more than 45 years of age
- Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
