Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Officer with a diploma/Certificate in Veterinary Science to help drive our sales efforts in the veterinary sector. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and related stakeholders.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize your veterinary knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better position our offerings.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Veterinary Science or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary sector, is a plus.
