Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or retail management, preferably in hardware, household, or building material sales
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
-Ability to analyze sales trends, customer needs and preferences, and identify areas for improvement
-Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the business
-Fluency in English
