Final target geographies will be selected after award; however, countries may include Angola, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cambodia, DR, DRC, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia, and/or Zimbabwe.
