RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Report project progress to supervisors
2.Develop a work schedule for workers
3.Supervise all construction workers
4.Be the liason between construction workers and supervisors
5.Solve disputes between workers
6.Ensure that a project is adequately satsfied
7.Ensure that the project is staying under our budget
Applicant should posses the following
1.High school diploma,VETA,or other equivalent qualifications.
2.Minimum 4 years experience in site works supervisory
3.Strong technical and mechanical skills
4.Experience working with reputable construction companies on similar roles is an added advantage.
5.Ability to organise a work schedule
6.Ability to solve disputes between workers
7.Excellent communication skills
8.Ability to negotiate
9.Ability to read construction drawings
10.Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
11.Work hours 8
12.Working experience 4 years and above
