Position: Social Media Marketing and Sales Manager (Female Only)
Job Location: Tanzania
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Drive online sales through social media campaigns, content creation, and targeted advertisements, increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts by posting regular content, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining active engagement with followers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to integrate social media marketing into overall sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and potential collaborators to enhance brand awareness and expand reach in the Tanzanian market.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- Female applicants only, with a presentable and professional appearance.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and online sales management, preferably in the Tanzanian or African market.
- Familiar in social media platforms and advertising tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with the local audience.
- A track record of successful social media campaigns that drive sales and increase brand presence.
- Fluency in both English and Swahili is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing events and meetings if required.
