Available Positions:
- Camp Manager
- Dynamic, client-focused personality. Strong leader with a sound understanding of P&L, PMS, and POS.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
- Food and Beverage Manager
- Detailed knowledge of PMS, menus, and beverage lists—design and costing. Focused on superior guest satisfaction and department budgets.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an F&B Manager.
- Receptionists
- Warm, professional, and guest-focused; ensures smooth check-in/out and memorable stay experiences. Must have PMS proficiency and fluent English.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
- Room Stewards
- Detail-oriented and discreet; ensures rooms are impeccably clean, well-stocked, and meet luxury standards.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
- Public Area Stewards
- Maintain cleanliness, attention to detail, and presentation of all public spaces to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping or stewarding.
- Laundry Operator
- Detail-oriented with high-standard cleaning, pressing, and care of guest and camp linens.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ laundry experience in upscale hospitality.
- Pool Attendant
- Ensure pool area cleanliness, safety, and guest service. Must be a good swimmer and safety-aware.
- Formal qualification or lifeguard training and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
- Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, staff supervision, and smooth guest dining experiences.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star property.
- Chef de Partie – Pastry
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts, maintaining consistency and creativity.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury kitchen specializing in pastry.
- Commi Chef II
- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star kitchen.
- Staff Cooks
- Prepare high-quality meals while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, ensuring timely service and adherence to dietary requirements.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.
- Maintenance Manager
- Effective under pressure, with in-depth knowledge of generators, vehicles, solar, and attention to detail for cost control and reports.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager in a 5-star property.
- Barman
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service with attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star property.
- Waiters/Waitresses
- Provide prompt, courteous beverage service, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and ensure a refined guest experience.
- Formal qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or a 5-star property.
