NOTICE INVITING SUBMISSION OF BIDS
FOR
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIPURPOSE BUSINESS CENTRE AND ITS ASSOCIATED FACILITIES AT KARUME MEMORIAL STADIUM UNDER PARTNERSHIP ARRAGEMENTS
BID No. TFF/B/2021/001
1. The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) plans to partner with a Company to develop a Multipurpose Business Centre and its associated facilities at Karume Memorial Stadium under Partnership Arrangements. It is anticipated the project will provide multisector business opportunities to entrepreneurs and other business operators to meet their expectations.
2. The TFF now intends to select interested reputable and capable company for this business
opportunity under Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain and Transfer: (DBEOMT) Arrangements. It is therefore expected Qualified Bidders will submit bids on Tuesday 23th November, 2021.
3. The Bidding process will be conducted through the National Competitive bidding (NCB) procedures.
4. Interested applicants/ companies may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary
of TFF Tender Board, Uhuru St. /Shaurimoyo Rd, TFF Offices, Karume Memorial Stadium, P.O. BOX 1574, Dar es Salaam from 0900 to 1500 hours Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of US$ 2000.00 [US Dollars: Two Thousand Only] or equivalent amount in T7S.Payment should be made through CRDB Bank, US Dollar Account:

6. Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes, in one original plus Four (4) copies as well as soft copy in flash disk, that is similar as the Original, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked ‘BID Wo. TFF/B/2021/001 for Development of a Multipurpose Business Centre and its associated facilities at Karume Memorial Stadium under Partnership Arrangements. The bids should be delivered to the address: The Secretary, TFF Tender Board, Tanzania Football Federation, Karume Memorial Stadium. Deadline for submission is on Tuesday, 23 November, 2021 at or before 1100 hrs. EAT.
7. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidder’s representatives who chose to attend in the opening at the TFF conference room.
8. Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids, bids not received, bids not opened and not read out
in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of
the circumstances.
