INVITATION FOR BID

The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for construction of health buildings during the financial year 2021/2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for bid is issued.
The council director now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders registered in civil works with CRB in classes (4) and above for the health buildings project as shown below:
Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding (NBC) procedures specified in the public procurement act 2011 and amended 2020 and the public procurement (goods, works, non-consultancy service and disposal of public assents by tender regurations 2013-Government notes No.446 and are open to all eligible bidders
Interested eligible and qualified bidders may obtain further information from the District Executive Directors’ office from 7.30 am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.

A complete set of bidding Documents in English and one original hard copy plus two copies property filled in and enclosed and sealed shall be submitted at Misegese Malinyi District Council on or before 24″ December, 2021 at 11.00am.
The opening place of the bids document shall be conducted at Misegese Malinyi District Council in the meeting hall on 24″ December, 2021 at 11.00am.
The site visit date will be on 20″ December, 2021 for Misegese area at Malinyi District Hospital. And all bidders are required to bear the cost of their own transport to and from the site.
All bidders are required to report to Malinyi District Hospital at 8.00 am during site visiting day.
