National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania Limited For: Provision of Consultancy Services for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in TANePS Issue no. 01 dated 21/07/2021.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania Limited during the financial year 2021-2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey.
3. The National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania Limited now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Assessing customers overall satisfaction and perception on NIC implementation on provision of service, whether the service expectations are being met by the Corporation and whether customers have intentions of participating in future activities of the corporation within a period of Two Months
4. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may not associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Least Cost selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the 7th Floor,NIC Insurance House,Samora,Dar es Salaam, [email protected] from 08:00-16:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
8. Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or before 18/04/2022, 10:00

9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
