NEW EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR GEOTECHNICAL DRILLING SERVICES TO THE NYANZAGA GOLD PROJECT
OreCorp Tanzania Limited (OreCorp Tanzania) and its subsidiary Nyanzaga Mining Company Limited (NMCL), are both wholly owned subsidiaries of OreCorp Limited, a development and exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:ORR) (together referred to as OreCorp).
OreCorp is developing the Nyanzaga Gold Project (Nyanzaga or the Project) located within the southern area of the Lake Victoria Gold Fields, north-western Tanzania. Nyanzaga is in the Sengerema District within the Mwanza Region of Tanzania. The Project area lies approximately 60 km southwest of Mwanza.
OreCorp Tanzania and NMCL wishes to undertake geotechnical, and condemnation drilling over proposed areas of infrastructure and hereby invites all and any interested parties to submit their expression of interest to be included in the list of potential vendors.
The drill sites are within 3 kilometres of each other, and include:
- . Further condemnation and regional target testing — up to 40,000m of aircore (vertical and angled holes up to 100m in depth).
- . Geotechnical, plant and infrastructure drilling – up to 10,000m of diamond (PQ, HQ3 and NQ) including the capability of undertaking standard penetration testing; with depths of holes to over 350m in depth.
- . Further resource drilling – up to 12,000m of reverse circulation (angled holes) to maximum depths of 200m.
Expression of interest should be accompanied by supporting documents confirming the following requirements
can be met:
a) Full compliance with Tanzanian Mining (Local Content Regulations) 2018.
b) A track record of a minimum of three years of continuous drilling operations in Tanzania.
c} A list of all drilling projects undertaken and a minimum of three references from reputable mining companies operating in Tanzania.
d) A copy of their OHSE policy in line with international mining standards.
e) Proof of a well maintained and operational fleet of equipment, located in Tanzania and available for immediate deployment, and supported by an OEM trained in-house technical team.
f) The ability to provide both aircore and diamond drilling services. Preference will be given to those companies who can mobilise a single multi-purpose drilling rig with ability to provide both aircore and diamond drilling.
g} Ability to provide technical support and spare parts to their drilling personnel and equipment within 24 hours.
h) Ability to provide all required consumables (fuel, lubricants, oil).
i) Ability to provide their own accommodation and catering facilities and be completely independent for all board and lodging requirements, OreCorp will provide a fenced accommodation area adjacent to the exploration camp.

OreCorp is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer received, and the adjudication of the tender will be based on both qualification and commercial aspects.
