NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
We, DEV RECOVERIES LIMITED under the instruction of EQUITY BANK TANZANIA LIMITED to auction LANDED PROPERTY THAT SECURED LOAN OF OCEANIC RESORT/ FLORENCE RWEYEMAMU FRANCIS, we are giving notice of Fourteen days (14) for the debtor to pay the outstanding debts. If the debt is not paid within 14 days from this date, our further instructions are to conduct the sale of the mortgage property by PUBLIC AUCTION. The Public Auction of the Oceanic Resort/Florence Rweyemamu Francis located at Plot no. 1042-1049, Block “B” Mbweni Area, Dar Es Salaam with registration details CT no. 79320 and LO. No. 281643 will be conducted at the Landed property and as shown in the table hereunder;
DESCRIPTION OF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY/PLOT
The auction will be held on 29th December 2021, All prospective, capable and interested buyers are hereby invited to inspect the property on the Following Terms and Condition:
TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. The landed property should be sold on where is basis and in the state as it is.
2. The buyer shall be required to pay 25% of the Auction price within the same day and the remaining 75% within (14) day’s or as the buyer will agree with the bank, failure by the buyer to pay the remained balance during the stipulated time/agreed time will lead to forfeiture and the re-auctioning of the property.
3. All costs of transfer of ownership shall be borne by the purchaser.
4. Inspection of the mortgaged property will be conducted from the day of this advertisement from 08:00am and thereafter.
