NOTICE OF SALE AND INVITATION OF SEALED BIDS FOR SALE OF PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT under the powers contained in the law and Mortgage Deed and other powers enabling me to do so, | MARIAM MASANDIKA of P. O. Box 34674, Dar es Salaam, duly appointed by the NCBA BANK TANZANIA LIMITED (the ‘Bank’) to sell the mortgaged property “as is” by sealed bids; DO HEREBY INVITES BIDS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC for the outright purchase of the property described in the table below;
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Bid must be submitted in sealed envelope clearly marked “BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF BOLEYN INTERNATIONAL (TANZANIA) LIMITED PROPERTY”, including full address of the bidder.
2. Bid must be accompanied by Bankers Cheque worth 30% of the bid price, the balance of the bid price 70% shall be payable by the successful Bidder within 14 days from the date of the award or within such other time as may prescribe.
3. Upon successful bidder’s failure to pay the agreed price timely the offer shall be revoked forthwith and the 30% down payment shall be forfeited and | reserve the right to offer the Property to the next highest or preferred bidder who meets the conditions, or cancel the sale process altogether.
4. Bids must be submitted and shall be opened on the date and address described in the table above. Bidders are invited to attend opening ceremony event if they so wish.
5. Bidders are advised to conduct their independent valuation and inspection of the property if they wish to do so, as all the information contained in this advertisement is free from liability.
6. The successful bidder or otherwise shall be announced within a maximum of seven [7] working days’ after bid opening. A communication sent to bidders either to the physical address or the email submitted shall be sufficient communication.
7. The Bank and | shall not be bound to accept the highest bid or any bid at all or reject any or all the bids without having to assign any reason.
8. All costs regarding transfer of ownership shall be borne by the successful bidder.
