The subject property is an OIL MILL FACTORY consisting Land, Buildings, Plant and machinery
built over 4 (four) Industrial Properties – Plot No 1, 2, 3 & 4, Block “N”, Bicha Area in Kondoa
Town Council along Kondoa – Babati Highway about hundred meters (100m) from Kondoa –
Babati Highway.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER
- Interested tenderers are advised to get further information of the Property from the office of
ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama,
Kumbukamwe Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar es Salaam. - Inspection and search reports of the property are to be conducted by interested tenderers before submission of Bids.
- Bid Documents should be in plain envelope with the outer cover clearly marked “TENDER NO.
AAM/CRDB/MGN/02/2022 FOR PURCHASE OF OIL MILL FACTORY “stating Lot Number
addressed and delivered to ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED office located at House # 53 Plot
No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street. Makumbusho area opposite Mesuma
Hotel, P.O.Box 40616 Dar Es Salaam. - Deadline for submission of Bid Documents be on Monday 16th January, 2023 at 10:00 AM and
opened the same day in front of all tenderers or representatives at 10.30 AM at office of Adili
Auction Mart Ltd located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe
Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar Es Salaam. - Telegraph, faxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid documents shall not be
accepted.
- Winner of the tender must pay at least 25% of the bid price after being notified to be winner of the tender. The remaining 75% must be paid within fourteen (14) days from day of payment of first installment. However, the successful winner can pay the full bid price on the same day after being notified to be winner of the tender.
- If the successful winner fails to pay the remaining 75% of the bid amount within the specified
time frame, the deposited amount will be forfeited and the property resold by new tender after fresh notification. - The Property is sold on ‘as and where is’ basis.
