NOTICE OF THE TWENTY THIRD (23RD) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND TWENTIETH (20TH) GRADUATION CEREMONY
Notice is hereby given that 23rd Annual General Meeting of members of the Tanzania Institute of Bankers will be held on 20th October 2021 from 03:00pm at Marquee Hyatt Regency Dar es salaam, The Kilimanjaro, Kivukoni Road, Dar es salaam.
You are also notified that the 20th Graduation Ceremony will be held immediately after the Annual General Meeting at the same venue starting at 03:30p.m

23.1 Opening of the Meeting
23.2 Adoption of the Agenda.
23.3 Confirmation of the Minutes of the 22nd Annual General Meeting held on 12 October 2020
23.4 Chairman’s Statement
23.5 Adoption of the Council’s Report and Audited Financial Statement for the Year Ended 31 December 2020
23.6 Appointment of External Auditor for year 2021
23.7 Report on the Institute’s Programme of Activities as at September 2021
23.8 To transact any other Business.
23.9 Closure of the Meeting
All members who have fully paid their subscription fees for the financial year 2021 are invited to attend and are required to confirm their attendance to the Registrar before 30th September 2021.
Any member with any other business to be discussed should duly notify the Registrar / Secretary to the Governing Council before 30th September 2021.
