NOTICE OF DELETION
This is to notify the engineering community and the general public that the Engineers Registration Board during its 98th Ordinary Meeting held on 29th June 2021, resolved that pursuant to Sections 10(3) and 15(1) (b) of the Engineers Registration Board, the following Engineering Consulting Firm be DELETED from the Registers of the Engineers Registration Board with effect from June 30, 2021.
1. M/S Beomhan Engineering & Architects Co. Ltd (FECF 078)
2. M/S Earth System Science Co. Ltd (FECF 086)
3. M/S SMEC(Tanzania) Ltd (FECF 098)
4. M/S FANEBA Company Ltd (LECF 173)
Further, pursuant to Section 11(3) and 15 of the Act the Board at the same meeting approved DELETION of the following Engineers from Consulting Engineers registration register;
1. Eng. Kalutu R. Koshuma (CE087)
2. Eng. Fanueli Kiula (CE 315)
3. Eng. Mohamed Kumbakumba (CE 414)
4. Eng. Ham Young Wook (TCE 098)
5. Eng. Takashi Honda (TCE 106)
The DELETED Engineering Consulting Firms and Engineers are not allowed to practice engineering in the Country.
The Board once again requires all Engineering Consulting Firms and Engineers to abide to the Engineers Registration Act No. 15 of 1997 and its Amendment Act No. 24 of 2007 and the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Engineers and that; action will be taken against those who do not abide including DELETION from the Register.
Also Note That:
(1) It is ILLEGAL to practice engineering in Tanzania if not registered with the Board.
(2) It is ILLEGAL to employ unregistered engineers or firms to offer engineering services.
(3) It is ILLEGAL to offer engineering consultancy services if the Engineer or the Firm is not registered as Consulting Engineer or Engineering Consulting Firm respectively.
