SONGEA URBAN WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AUTHORITY
PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR TENDER FOR SUPPLY PIPES AND FITTINGS
The ministry of water through Songea Urban Water Supply And Sanitation Authority has a set aside fund towards the cost of the water supply improvement in various Ruvuma Region District and its intends to apply part of the proceed of this funds to payment under the contract for
- AE/044/2019/2020/G/33 Supply of Pipes and
- AE/044/2019/2020/G/34 Supply of fittings
The Songea Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority intends to pre-qualification applicants for supply of pipes and fittings it’s expected that invitation to tender will be made in 24 June 2020
1. Pre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in regulation 119 of the public procurement (regulation – Government notice 446 of 2013 and its open to all applicants as defined in the regulations
2. Interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the Managing Director Songea Urban Water Supply And Sanitation Authority P.O. BOX 363 Songea located at Mahenge street from 7:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
3. A complete set of pre-qualification document in English may be purchased by interested applicants on the submission of written application to the address given above under paragraph 4 and upon of payment of non-refundable fee of 100,000/=. Interested participant may opt tender for pipes fittings or both
4. All tenders in one original plus 2 copies proper filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Managing Director Songea Urban Water Supply And Sanitation Authority P.O. BOX 363 Songea located at Mahenge street room no 4 and or before 19/06/2020 at 10:00. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Songea Urban water Supply Conference room
5. Late applications, portion of application, application not received, application not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
