PRE QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR SURVEYORS FOR AIRBORNE GRAVITY GRADIOMETRY AND 3D SEISMIC
Rocket Tanzania holds 12 (twelve) valid mineral prospecting license covering a total 1468 km^2 in the Rukwa, Songwe and Katavi Regions in southwest of the United Republic of Tanzania
Rocket Tanzania Limited is continuing its exploration program for Helium within these Region in the year 2022.Now Rocket Tanzania limited is inviting eligible companies to express their interests for the following works:
1.An Airborne Gravity Gradiometer survey of approximately 1000km^2 over Northers lake Rukwa in the 2rd Quarter of 2022.
2.A 3D Sicemic Survey of up to 300 km square on lake Rukwa during the dry season next year 2022 including a transition zone from lake to on share where required
Interested companies are requested as a minimum to submit the following:
1.Details company’s information including certificates of registration, licenses, description of corporate ownership including the main shareholders by percentage etc.
2.Organization structure of the company and list of workers with Cvs of key personnel.
3.Details of completion of similar type of contracts in last three years and similar contract/agreements current under execution headings:
a) Brief scope of work
b) Value of workers in USD
C)Contractual duration
d)Client’s name
e) Contact details of client (Rocket Tanzania Limited may approach the clients directly for feedback)
4. Details of Resources available to conduct the program.
5. Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and stations covering the next 5years
6. Copies of Valid Quality Certifications of Accreditations, ISO certifications, if any
7. Company’s Financial performance documents (audited balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement, auditors report and notes to accounts etc. for the last 3 years. The latest financial statement should not be older than 18 months on the date of submission of response to expression of interest
8. Current ‘Tax Clearance Certificate from the relevant authority.
