FHI 360 Tanzania invites interested and eligible entities to submit their sealed applications for purposes of pre-qualification for the following category numbers and corresponding description of goods and services.
Applicants should send their company profiles (clearly stating the physical address, telephone line, & valid e-mail address and category applied for), Business license, Tanzania Revenue Authority registration, Tax clearance, latest financial statement, past & current trade references, & certificates of registration/incorporation and ALL relevant statutory documents for the business. For IT Services, suppliers should show proof of being accredited as either support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, APC, etc.
Applications for pre-qualification will be deposited in the Tender Box marked “Pre-qualification of Suppliers – 2023” at the FHI 360 office entrance, not later than June 30, 2023 at 14.00 HRS.
Submit completed applications in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating – CATEGORY NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Existing suppliers who wish to be considered for the FHI 360 Tanzania List of Suppliers are also required to submit their application for pre-qualification.
NOTE: This is an application for pre-qualification and not for supply of goods and services. Only pre-qualified suppliers will be requested to provide competitive quotations for the supply of goods/services as and when needed. FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any application for pre-qualification from potential suppliers.
