Pre – Qualification of Supply and maintenance of fire firefighting equipment
MCL is looking for competent eligible suppliers who can supply goods, works and services for the period of 2019/2020. Competent suppliers are invited to submit their EOI. Each lot is independent but suppliers are allowed to quote more than one lot as shown in the table below.

Further information may be obtained from the Procurement office at Mwananchi Communications Ltd located along Mandela road Plot No 34/35 Tabata Relini, between 09.00AM to 04.30PM from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public holidays. Expression of interest should be prepared and submitted in one original and one copy in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS”, indicating lot number for easy identification and delivered to:

Qualification will be based but not limited to supplier business profile which includes financial position, experience and capacity of human labor, experience in the market, terms of payment, reference from current customers, affiliation from manufacturers/source of supplies and quoted price.
Deadline for submission of EOI is Thursday 05th September 2019 at 2:00PM Local time. Late deliveries will not be accepted and considered for evaluation.
