PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2022/23

1. Population Services International (PSI) is a locally registered non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of people in Tanzania, with a focus on reproductive health, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS prevention.

2. PSI now invites applications from eligible, competent and qualified companies to submit written expression of interest for the prequalification for supply of goods and services with a possibility of entering into a Framework agreement.

3. PSI reserves the right to accept or reject any application without disclosing any reasons for making such a decision.

4. Interested applicants may obtain the application form from PSI Website www.psi.or.tz  after depositing a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000 into the following Bank details:

5. The application form will be available on PSI Website from 23rd August 2021.

6. Submission of the duly filled application form together with all other requirements as Requested shall take place at PSI HQ Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and the deadline will be on 30^th September 2021 at 12:00 pm. All submissions should be registered at the PSI HQ security desk.

8. The original bank deposit slip shall be the first attachment in the envelop of application documents however a photocopied slip shall be submitted at PSI HQ security desk before Registration of participation. The registration of all applications shall be allowed at PSI HQ security desk upon submission of proof of payment (photocopied bank slip).

9. Due to COVID 19, you must wear a mask during submission of the application.
