Overall Objective:
The overall objective of this assignment is to procure a service provider who will be providing air & ferry ticketing services to support Pact Tanzania’s air and marine travels.
A. Requirement/ Scope of Work
Description of items
Interested service provider should be able to at least provide following services:
i. Provision of international flight tickets.
ii. Provision of international flight tickets across Tanzania (both mainland and Zanzibar).
iIi, Provision of ferry tickets for Zanzibar (Unguja) marine transport services
Scope of Work
Specific scope of work includes but should not be limited to the following:
i. To work with assigned Pact Tanzania Officer on booking international, as well as domestic travel
arrangements and reservations in respect of official business trips.
ii, To issue flight or ferry tickets for official PACT Tanzania travel undertaken the booking request has been approved by the relevant designated officer or manager. (As appropriate).
iii, To receive all travel bookings arrangements in writing.
iv. The Agent must always endeavor to make the most cost-effective arrangements and reservations, taking cognizance of the convenience of the PACT Tanzania staff. The Agent must be able to offer advice and alternative plans for consideration by the traveler.

B. Eligibility
To be considered for the award, vendors must currently be legally operating in Tanzania, and the quotation must include all of the following information:
- Ability to meet or exceed the requirements/technical specifications outlined in Section A;
- Ability to deliver the items/services specified in Section A no later than the date(s) required.
C. Submission Instructions
The following information is to be included by a vendor in the proposal:
- Draft inception report detailing methodology for providing air and ferry tickets.
- Current company profile.
- List of airline(s) and marine/ferry transport services providers currently working with.
- Clearly state a response time spend to issue ticket after receiving a request via an email.
- Copies of registration, certificate and address of their registered office, valid business license, VAT, TIN certificates, Tax clearance certificate, and any industry relevant license or certificate.
- Evidence of similar assignments, and at least two (2) names and addresses of client served.
- Current Audited financial statement.
- Payment terms.
