Introduction to Pact:

The Adolescents and Children, HIV Incidence Reduction. Empowerment, and Virus Elimination (ACHIEVE) project is a five-year, USAID-funded global project to reach and sustain HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women. adolescents, infants, and children. ACHIEVE is implemented by Pact, in partnership with Jhpiego, Palladium, No Means No Worldwide, and WI-HER.
The overall goal is to improve access to HIV-inclusive services to improve the health and well-being of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). The project is working to support and strengthen the capacity of the national and community-level social services workforce, systems, and structures to ensure quality services for OVC, at-risk AGYW. and people living with HIV (PLHIV) at National and across all regions of Tanzania.
Pact Tanzania through ACHIEVE project will procure school sports materials for both coaches and boys aged 9-14 in the twelve (11) councils implementing Coaching Boys into Men(CBIM) intervention.
Overall Objective:
The overall objective of this assignment is to supply and print school sports materials for both coaches and boys aged 9-14 in the twelve (11) councils implementing Coaching Boys into Men(CBIM) intervention.
Scope of Work
The specific scope of work includes but should not be Iimited to the following:
1. Review of vendors’ samples of required items to be procured.
2. Selected vendors procure school and sports materials for CBIM.
3. Use the distribution provided in the ToR to deliver the school and sports materials for CBIM to the CSO offices. CSOs will do the distribution the materials to CBIM coaches and schools.
4. Write report on the distribution of school and sports materials for CBIM and send it to Pact.

B. Eligibility
To be considered for the award, vendors must currently be legally operating in Tanzania, and the quotation must include all of the following information:
Ability to meet or exceed the requirements/technical specifications outlined in Section A;
Ability to deliver the items/services specified in Section A no later than the date(s) required.
C. Submission Instructions
The following information is to be included by a vendor in the proposal:
Draft inception report detailing the methodology for distributing school and sports materials to CSO offices including tentative
work plan, for review and approval by Pact.
Quote, valid for at least 90 days.
Current company profile.
Copies of registration, certificate and address of their registered office, valid business license, VAT, TIN certificates, and Tax clearance certificate.
Item’s specifications are fully addressed in the quotation.
Evidence of similar assignments, and at least two (2) PO and names and addresses of clients served. Current Audited financial statement – for two consecutive years.
Delivery time must be specified.
Payment terms 100% after delivery.
Vendors who wish to answer this RFP should send their proposals in sealed envelopes to Pact Tanzania Head Office by 13rd July 2022,
