- The Christian Council of Tanzania General Secretary invites sealed tender for the Proposed
Construction of CCT Commercial Complex- Phase One to be built on Plot no 4&5 Block I,
Madukani Area, Dodoma City, Tanzania. - The Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT) General Secretary now invites sealed tenders from
eligible National Contractors registered or capable of being registered in Class One (1) up to Class four (4) in BUILDING WORKS for construction of the proposed CCT Commercial Complex Phase One to be built at plot no 4 & 5 Block I, Madukani Area, Dodoma City, Tanzania. - The project involves the construction of the CCT Commercial Complex-Phase One that involve
the Ground Floor and the First Floor including electrical, plumbing (and drainage) security system and fire alarm (detections and fire fighting, ICT and cabling installations. - Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering [NCT] specified in
the Public Procurement Regulations and as stipulated in the CCT Procurement Policy of 2020. The tender id open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulation unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet. - Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of General
Secretary, Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT), P. O. Box 1454 DODOMA from 0900 hours and
1530 hours Monday to Friday inclusive except public holidays. - A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English Language will be obtained in the address
above by interested Tenderer upon submission of payment receipts of a non-refundable Tanzania Shillings one hundred thousand only (TZS 100,000.00). Payment should be through CRDB Bank, Account number: 01J1081943800 Bank Name: CCT GS SPECIAL. - All tender must be accompanied by Tender Security in an acceptable form in the amount
equivalent to 2.5% of the tender price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. - All Tenders IN ONE ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN (INKED), AND TWO COPIES must
properly have filled in, and enclosed in a plain envelope must be delivered to the address of
General Secretary, Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT), P. O. Box 1454 DODOMA, at
12:00hours, 13th February, 2023. Tender will be opened on 14th February, 2023 from 11:30hours in public and in the presence of Tenderers representative who choose to attend the opening at the office of CCT General Secretary-Church House in Hospital Road, Dodoma. - Late Tender, Portion of tenders, electronic tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
circumstances.
