INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

1. Bugando Medical Centre intends to apply parts of its own fund towards the cost of proposed construction of pre-fabricated warehouse on a readymade concrete base, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for executing the works as described in the Bills of Quantities (BoQs) as shown in Section II
3. All quotations in one original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked construction of pre-fabricated warehouse on a readymade concrete base must be delivered to the address Secretary of BMC tender board H4 Block P.O.BOX 1370 Mwanza at or before 10:00 am local time on 22th July, 2022.
4. The deadline for submission of quotations is 22 July, 2022 before 10:00am Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the oncology conference hall at 10:00am
5. Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, and quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
