1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
project which appeared in Through TANePS Issue no. TANePS dated 28/07/2021.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy during the financial year 2021/2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGNING AND
SUPERVISION OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, SEMINAR LECTURE ROOMS,
LIBRARY AND COMPUTER LABORATORY AT KIGOMA CAMPUS.
3. The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy now invites proposals to provide the following
consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

6. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
Consultants:
It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
7. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
in this RFP.
