REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT AND INSTALLATION OF INTEGRATED CUSTOMERS SELF SERVICE WEB PORTAL AND API FOR BANK INTEGRATION
1.Zanzibar Social Security Fund has set aside funds for the operations during the financial year 2019/20. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for provision of consultancy services for Development and Installation of Integrated Customers Self services WEB Portal and API for Bank Integration
· Zanzibar Social Security Fund now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: Establish a communication link that will facilitate live transaction updates and information which in general helps ZSSF to have well informed and monitored contribution ~ collection process and speedy contribution distribution to ZSSF members. The process also aims to eliminate unknown credits and simplifying account reconciliation. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference
· A firm will be selected under Least Cost selection and procedures described in this RFP. All proposal in one original and two copies properly filled in and enclosed in plan envelop must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 am on Tuesday 26/11/2019. the outer cover/envelop of the proposal shall be clearly marked proposal for Development and installation of Integrated customers self services Web Portal and API for Bank Integration.

Section 3: Technical Proposal Standard Forms

Section 7: Undertaking by Consultant on Anti -Bribery Policy / Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.

(a) That you have received the Letter of Invitation and the RFP; and
(b) Whether you will submit a proposal alone or in association with any other Consultant.
