1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
project which appeared in taneps Issue no. taneps website dated 07/01/2021.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Commercial Bank PLC during the financial year 2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of consultancy services for property valuation.
3. The Tanzania Commercial Bank PLC now invites proposals to provide the following
consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
Provision of Property Valuations services to the Bank’s property
6. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
Consultants:
•All Eligible property valuation consultants
It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
7. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
in this RFP.
