EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES OF LAND SURVEY AT KALOLENI MKWAJUNI URBAN AREA IN SONGWE DISTRICT COUNCIL
LGA/184/C/2019 2020/01 .
The Songwe District Council in financial year 2019/2020 has secured funds from the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the conduct Land Survey at Kaloleni Mkwajuni Urban Area. Songwe District Council intends to use part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Services.
The Songwe District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible consultancy services to conduct Land Survey at Kaloleni Mkwajuni Urban Area. The project estimated to involve 840 plots.
Interested bidders must attach the following company security and information:
· Valid Business License
· Valid VAT Certificate
· Valid TIN Certificate
· Valid Certificate of Incorporation
· Current Bank statement
· Qualification of key personnel with their CV’s
· Company Profile
All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below Songwe District Director’s Office at or before 0400 hrs morning on 15/ 11/2019. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the Songwe District Council Hall
Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids, and bids not received, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
