PROVISION OF -DIVERSITY PRE-CONSTRUCTION SURVEY SERVICE

Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as DOCG), as a CONTRACTOR for Marine Terminal of EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable contractors that have demonstrable capability, willingness, ability and availability to perform survey works to express their interest in providing the services of bio-diversity pre-construction survey in Tanzania.
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani, near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
The scope of bio-diversity pre-construction survey shall include but not necessarily limited to identify the environmentally sensitive areas, record details of trees and species of conservation concern within the working areas, point out and mark all necessary area for flora and fauna, issue pre-construction bio-diversity survey report and bio-diversity management plan.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
- Company Profile;
- Code of Conduct;
- OSHA Compliance Certificate;
- CRB / ERB (for Engineering or Consulting Firm);
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 (1S045001:2015). or equivalent certificates;
- A proven track record of experience in providing similar services in last 3 years;
Application for registration with the EWURA local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
Interested companies with the capacity to provide the services listed above should express their interest in English language by sending the above documents to [email protected] (not exceeding 20 MBs) on or before 17:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 23/Dec/2021.
Subject of the email should be MST-TZ-20211202 EOI — [COMPANY NAME].
Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a _ detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
DOCG reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
Note: Only prequalified companies will receive invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
