1. This addendum follows the invitation for bids for the above mentioned tender, which appeared in the daily news on 5^th October 2020 and on the Public procurement Regulatory Authority website
2. The paragraph 9 of the invitation notice is amended to read

“Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend at 10:00 hrs local time on 17^th November 2020 at TANROADS CONFERENCE ROOM 2^nd Floor 10 Shabaan Robert RD/Garden Avenue Junction DSM Tanzania

• The provision of the Invitations Notice remains unchanged
