- This invitation for tender follow the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the United Development Business issue WB1907-04/16 OF April 27, 2016
- The Government has received credit form the International Development Association toward to the citizen-centric judiciary modernization and justice delivery project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for provision of services for publication of online court decision provision of service for publications of online court decision (reports and unreported law reports) printing of law reports and index of legislation and sub-legislation from the year 1961 – 2020 for the judiciary of Tanzania under framework contract
- The judiciary now invites sealed bids from eligible for Provision of Services for Publication of Online Court Decision (Reported and Unreported Law Reports” Printing of Law Reports and index of legislation and sub-legislation from the year 1961 – 2020 for judiciary of Tanzania Under Frame Work Contract
- Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedure as specified in the world bank guidelines procurement of goods works and non-consulting services under IRBD Loans and IDA Credit & Grants by World bank Borrowers dated January 2011(revised July 2014) procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines. In addition please refer paragraph 1.6 and 1.7 setting fourth for the world bank’s policy on conflict of interest
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of Tenders Board, Judiciary of Tanzania and inspect the bidding document during the office hours from 9;00 to 15;00 on Monday – Friday except on public holidays at the address given below
- A complete set of tender in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000 or its equivalent in any freely veritable currency. The method of payment it will be banker’s cheque, bankers draft or cash payable to the judiciary revenue collection or direct deposit or telegraphic transfer to the following bank account

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 local hours 16th April 2020 electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late biding will be rejected, bids publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representative anyone who choose to attend at the address below immediately after submission deadline
9. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of TZ 10,000,000 or Its Equivalent in Any Freely Convertible Currency for Each A Lot. The Bid security shall be addressed to the Chief Court Administration, bids security shall be valid for twenty eight days beyond the bid validity period ( i.e 148 days) AFTER BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE
