AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The property is sold on ‘as and where is’ basis.
- The successful Bidder shall be required to pay 25% of the bid price immediately after the fall of hummer and balance of 75% to be paid within 14 days from the date of auction. In default of such deposit the prior paid amount shall be forfeited and the property to be re-auctioned.
- All costs of changing the ownership document, obtaining ownership and taking possession of the house will be borne by the buyer.
