UNIVERSAL AUCTION CENTRE under instructions received from American Embassy, we shall sell Household furniture’s, Vehicles and Generator by public auction on Saturday 18th February, 2023 commencing at 10:00 am. The auction will take place at Golden Resort Sinza, Lion Street.

Furniture and Computers Bidding Start at 10:00am;

Sofa set, Occasional sofa, Dresser, Hutch, Chest drawer, dining table, Chair, Book case, Book Shelve, Office desk, Chairs, Office partition board, Garden table, Lounge Chair, Carpet, Beds, Mattress, Fridge, Freezer, Washer, electric / gas cooker, A/c split units, Xerox photo copy m/c model 7855, New assorted Kyocera photo copy parts, TV set, Computer set, Laptop, Printers, Professional high pressure car wash m/c and etc.

Vehicles and Generator Bidding Start at 12:00 hrs.

All items may be inspected at Golden Resort Sinza, Lion Street from February 15th to 17th, 2023 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

AUCTION CONDITIONS:

1. The winning bidder for Furniture has to make full payment to cashier immediately. For Vehicle and Genera­tor winning bidder must pay 25% to cashier immediately and the final payment in full within 4 working days by February 23rd, 2023 at 4:00pm. For payments not made within 4 working days, the Vehicle or Generator will be offered to the next highest bidder and the advance payment will be forfeited.
2. Payments via CRDB and NBC Bank VISA & Master Cards will be accepted.
3. All items are sold on “as is” basis with no guarantee.
4. Duty and all taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Bidder will remove the items after all payments and duties
6. All persons entering the premises must obtain a Bid Number at the entrance.
7. All person entering auction yard must wear Mask, Wash hand with running water or sanitizer.
