11:1 NOTICE INVITING SUBMISSION OFQUOTATION
QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF BEDS AND WARDROBES AT TFF TECHNICAL SPORTS CENTRES IN KIGAMBONI MUNICIPALITY AND TANGA CITY
1.The Tanzania Football Federation has set aside funds for the operation during the financial year 2022. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
2. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit Quotation showing experience and price for supply of beds and beddings described in the Schedule of Requirements and Process attached in Section II and Ill.
3.All quotations in one original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes marked: Quotation For Supply of Beds and Wardrooms at TFF Technical Sports Centers in Kigamboni Municipality and Tanga City to be delivered at TFF Technical Sport Centre in Kigamboni and Mnyanjani, Tanga, in Tanga City.
4.A complete set of Quotation Document in English may be purchased by Event

5.Deadline for submission will be on Thursday 13th October, 2022 at 1200 hour (12:00 p.m.). Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Firms’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanzania Football Federation Off ice, Karume/ Shauri moyo Street.
6.late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
