We, NUTMEG AUCTIONEERS & PROPERTY MANAGERS CO LTD acting under the instructions
given to us by EQUITY BANK TANZANIA LIMITED invites the general public and interested parties to submit closed bids for purchase of loan securities in the form of Land and buildings of HIDDEN VALLEY SAFARIES LTD as referenced in the table hereunder
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BIDS SUBMISSION
- The sale shall be conducted through OPEN AND COMPETITIVE TENDERING PROCESS.
ALL interested bidders should request for bid forms in the offices of NUTMEG AUCTIONEERS
AND PROPERTY MANAGERS CO. LTD between the hours of 09:00am – 04:00pm from the date of this publication. - Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope dearly marked “BID FOR PURCHASE OF LAND
AND BUILDINGS” not later than 30th day of March, 2023. ALL late, electronic or bids submitted contrary to the prescribed format shall be rejected. - ALL submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of Bank representatives, bidders and
interested people or public on the 31th day of March, 2023 between the hours of 10.00am -12.00noon at NUTMEG AUCTIONEERS & PROPETY MANAGERS LTD -ARUSHA OFFICE and presence of all bidders or their representatives is recommended. - Successful bidder shall be notified immediately after the bids opening process and upon such
notification, he/she shall be duty bound to deposit 25% of the bid price and the remaining 75% to be deposited not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of bids opening. Failure to honor the terms of payment as regards 25% and 75% of the bid price shall result in forfeiture of the 25% bid price deposited and the bid process shall be repeated. - Transfer of ownership, payment of relevant municipal levies and government taxes shall be
borne by the successful bidder. - The property shall be sold on the as is where is basis.
- Bids submitted later than 30th March, 2023 or submitted in any other form not prescribed shall not be considered.
