EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS (EOI/TZ/2021/001)
UNICEF invites expression of interests (EOI) from existing and new suppliers to update its database of pre-qualified suppliers in Tanzania. The updated supplier database when completed will be the primary source of receiving offers for the provision of Transportation Services of UNICEF consignments to different locations in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar as described in Annex A.
Interested Suppliers with necessary experience in the requested categories listed below are invited to submit expression of interest for pre-qualification by downloading this EOI. All suppliers must complete the UNGM basic registration which is free of cost to be eligible to participate in this pre-qualification process.

Pre-qualified transporters will be invited to subsequent request for quotations (RFQs), should UNICEF consider appropriate to award a contract for the transportation services.
To submit your Expression of Interest, you are requested to follow the instructions described below and in the attached annexes.
1. INSTRCUTIONS
Your Expression of Interest shall include the following:
1. Annex A: select the transport routes that you are capable to deliver services and your capacity
2. Annex B: Vendor Registration Form duly signed.
3. Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.
4. Financial statements of the least 3 years.
5. Header of bank statement or cancelled check of letter from the bank fir prove of the account
6. A declaration that the company has not been and is not subject to judgement for fraud, corruption, or any other legal activity.
7. Supporting documentation of past relevant experience, including references.
NO indication of pricing shall be submitted with this expression of interest.
