INVITATION F OR TENDERS
Ngara District Council has received funds from the World Bank though NELSAP towards the cost of Rehabilitation and Extension of Water Supply projects at Mshikamano, Kasulo. Kashamzi and Rwakalemera Villages, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Extension of Water Supply projects at Mshikamano. Kpsulo. Kasharazi and Rwakalemera Villages. “
The Ngara District Council now invites sealed Tenders from eligible national contractors registered or capable of being registered as’ Civil Contractor Class Four (4) and above for carrying out the Rehabilitation arid Extension of Water Supply projects at Mshikamano. Knsulo.‘ Kasharazi and Rwakalemera villages.
Tendering will be conducted through the National competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to National Tenderers only as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of Tender Board Ngara District Council. P.0.BOX 30. Ngara from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays;
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings 150,000/=. Payment should either be«by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to District Executive Director.
All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security in the format provided in_ the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus three copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked Rehabilitation and Extension of Water Supply projects at Mshikamano, Kasulo, Kasharazi and Rwakalemera Villages, Tender No.LGA/O36/2018/2019/LADP/W/05-LOT 02 must be delivered to the Secretary of Tender Board, Ngara District Council, P.O.BOX 30. Ngara at or before 10.00 hours local time on Tuesday 7th January, 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at Ngara District Council Meeting Hall.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders; Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
The Ngara District Council is not bound to accept the lowest quoted price
