REHABILITATION OF MKONGORO GRAVITY-FED WATER SUPPLY SCHEME
The Kingdom of Beligium through ENABEL and the Government of Tanzania through the Ministry of Water are implementing a water and sanitation project in Kigoma region. this is 5 years project which runs through June 2020 and aims to promote provision of suistanable water supply services in the region. this intervation has 3 keys results areas Namely i) Susistanable water supply operation and maintenenance 2). water supply scheme rehabilitation and extension 3) promotion of safe hygine practice in domestic water management under the second results area, the water and sanitation kigoma region peoject(WASKIRP) is now inviting bids from the qualified construction companies and consulting firms for the works programs for the Makongoro Gravity–fed water supply scheme
Rehabilitation Works
this public works contract will consits of construction of a new intake a treatment plant transmission mains and distributions netwrok which includes distribution points in conformity with the condition of the provider tender documents. the preffered contractor will have demonstrated financial and technical capacity to carry out the assignment described in the specification of this tender
DURATION:
8 Months with a post-constcution defect liability period 12 months
