REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION INTEREST
- TIB Rasilimali Limited is a fully subsidiary of TIB Development Bank LTD Licensed by the capital markets and securing authorities for Tanzania to provide advisory services and as a licensed dealer of the Dar es Salaam stock Exchange TIB has been operating as a member of the Dar es Salaam stock Exchange since 1997. Services offered by the company include the purchase and sale of shares and corporate bonds and notes as well as government securities such as treasury and bonds. the firms also corporate finance investment advisory services
- Our client financial institution based in Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the institution during the financial year 2020. Its intends that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the provision of financial services
- this request of expression is open to all consulting firms therefore TIB limited on behalf of client hereby invites eligible consultants or firms to express of interest in delivering the financial services to the client
- The scope of the services to be provided by the consultancy includes enter Alia mobilization of resources to fund different projects under the pipeline of our client. the detailed forms of reference for the assignment can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected]
- TIB Rasilimali on behalf of the client now invites consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the financial services. Interested consultant should provide information demonstrating that they have required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the financial services. the short listing criteria are (i0experience in similar assignment (ii) experience in similar conditions and (iii) availability of appropriate skills (technical and managerial) among the permanent staff of the firm
- Consultancy associates with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate Cleary whether the association is in the form of the joint venture and or sub-consultancy. in the case of the joint venture all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and several liable for the entire contract, if selected
- A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the public procurement act no 7 of 2011 and the public procurement regulations 2013 – government notice no 446 (hereafter procurement regulations) as amended in 2016
- Selection will be conducted through the quality and cost based selection procedures specified in the public procurement regulations 2013 as amended in 2016
- This is not request for proposal after review of the submitted expression of interest TIB will establish a shortlist of consultancy and or firms that will be invited to submit their proposals through letter of invitation and the request for proposal including terms of reference for carrying out the assignment. TIB Rasilimali will carry out the expression of interest and the client will proceed with the next step of issuing the request for proposals to the shortlisted consultancy and carry out the procurement process to identify the successful consultancy for the provision of the services

- Expression of interest must be delivered in a written form to TIB Ltd by 14 September 2020 at 11:00 hard copies to the address below electronically through email [email protected] . The envelopes shall marked “expression of Interest for Provision of financial service”
- late expression of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
