DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
- Uranex Tanzania Limited a subsidiary of Magnis Energy Technologies Limited is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (RE01) to seek interest from qualified Local and International Companies/Contractors with required expertise and experience, domestically situated for pre- qualification as a potential Main Contractor for the construction of Storm Water Dam at the Nachu Graphite Project located in Ruangwa, Lindi Region Southern of Tanzania.
- Contractors expressing interest should note that this RE01 serves as a pre-qualification of the Companies that will be invited to participate in the Bidding process that will follow. As explained in the detailed RE01 (to be provided) Mandatory Requirements, only contractors that meet the minimum pre-qualification criteria set out in this RE01 will be invited to participate in the ensuing competitive bidding exercise.
- Uranex Tanzania Limited (UTL) reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the E01.

PRE-QUALIFICATION SELECTION PROCESS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA
(a) Interested Vendors/Contractors will be pre-qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation criteria stipulated in the detailed REOI.
(b) Applicants/interested parties can obtain the project scope in the detailed RE01 by emailing uranex.tanzania@gmaiLcom. A hardcopy will also be available at Uranex Tanzania Limited, located along Yacht Club Road, House 19. Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
(c) While preparing and sending their responses to this REOI, Contractors are requested to take note of important RE01 dates as outlined below. Contractors will be notified in case of any changes in the dates indicated below:
(i) RE01 Publication date – 22nd March 2023;
(ii) Deadline for posing REOI related questions and clarifications – 28th March 2023, 16:00hrs Tanzania local time;
(iii) Deadline for responding to RE01 questions and clarifications -31″ March 2022,16:00 hrs. Tanzania Local Time;
(iv) REOI Closing Date – 6th April 2023,16:00 hrs, Tanzania Local time.
