The company calls for submissions of Expressions of Interest from eligible companies to carry out Metallurgical Testwork Program.
The E01 call aims at pre-qualifying or shortlisting capable Contractors and does not constitute an invitation to tender.
Interested parties shall submit their expression of Interest (TOO with supportive documents. The evaluation of the prospective bidders will be done based on the following minimum criteria: –
a) Expertise of the company team in undertaking similar projects
b) Experience of the company in Metallurgical Testwork Program
c) Eligibility of the company
d) Permit and Certifications-Prospective suppliers to provide details and evidence of permit and registration issued by the relevant Government Authorities and any other statutory bodies
e) Local Content-Prospective Bidders to demonstrate their compliance with the requirements as set out in the Tanzania Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018, as amended by having Local Content Plan.
The scope of work includes the testwork outlined below
I. Sample preparation and head analysis including QEMSCAN and XRD
II. Comminition -RWI, BWI, and Abrasion Index on relevant samples
Ill. Gravity, Flotation, Cyanidation, Pre-qualified
IV. Thickening, Detoxification, Filtration
Expressions of interest should be submitted by email ([email protected]) no later than 02:30p.m NTH May, 2022 (Submission deadline).
