REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF MIXER, FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT, CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM

Dagqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as DOCG) as a CONTRAC-
TOR for Storage Terminal of EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable contractors that have demonstrable capability, willingness, ability and availability to perform related works to express their interest in providing mixer, fire-fighting equipment, cathode protection system in Tanzania.
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani, near Tanga Part in Tanzania.
There are three (3} packages planned for Storage and Terminal fallows:
1. Package-1: Mixer (Ref: MST-TZ-20220606 -001)
2. Package-2: fire-fighting equipment (Ref: MST-TZ-20220606-002)
3. Package-3: cathode protection (Ref: MST-TZ-20220606-003)

Package-1: Mixer (Ref: MST-T2- 20220606-001)
Brief Description of the Scope of the Materials:
The scope of the materials shall include Mixer 12 sets.
Minimum Requirements:
Vendors expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
a. Company Profile:
b. An experience list for similar equipment supplied to OIL & GAS INDUSTRY in the last five (5) years;
c. Confirmation that they can manufacture or purchase the required materials in accordance with NF £44-601 standards;
d. A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO and OHSAS current certification or equivalent:
e. Compliance with petroleum (local content) regulations.2017 and local company definition for Tanzania.
f. Trade companies need to have official authorization from manufacturer.
g. Evidence of organization HSE Management Systems & policy, procedure, and process in compliance with applicable Industry standards for similar works.
h. Quality assurance & Quality control plan/ procedures in place for the execution of similar type of work, Copy of ISO or any other certification as applicable. i
i. Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of I interest is strongly recommended.
Package-2: Fire Fighting Equipment (Ref: MST-T2- 20220606-002)
Brief Description of the Scope of the Materials:
The scope of the materials shall include Rim Seal Foam Pourer and Chamber and Water Spray System.
Minimum Requirements:
Vendors expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
a. Company Profile;
b. An experience list for similar equipment supplied lo OIL & GAS INDUSTRY in the last five (5) years:
c. Confirmation that they can manufacture or purchase the required materials in accordance with NFPA standards, Nozzles shall be listed UL. FM or approved by International certification authority.
d. A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO and OHSAS current certification or equivalent;
e. A two(2)years look ahead shop loading charts for the facilities and equipment intended to manufacture, assemble and test;
f. Compliance with petroleum (local content) regulations.2017 and local company definition for Tanzania.
g. Trade companies need to have official authorization from manufacturer.
h, Evidence of organization HSE Management Systems & policy. procedure, and process in compliance with applicable Industry standards for similar works.
i. Quality assurance & Quality control plan/ procedures in place for the execution of similar type of work, Copy of ISO or any other certification as applicable.
j. Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
Package-3: Catholic Protection System (Ref: MST-TZ-20220608-003)
Brief Description of the Scope of the Materials:
The scope of the materials shall include Catholic Protection System, such as Magnesium Alloy Anodes, cathode protection rectifier, pre-backfilled cable like anode of MMO and etc.
Minimums Requirements:
Vendors expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
a. Company Profile;
b. An experience list for similar equipment supplied to OIL & GAS INDUSTRY in the last five (5) years:
c. Confirmation that they can manufacture or purchase the required materials in accordance with ASME standards:
d. A copy of their own and main suppliers ISO and OHSAS current certification or equivalent;
e, Compliance with petroleum (local content) reguiations,2017 and local company definition for Tanzania.
f. Trade companies need to have official authorization from manufacturer.
g. Evidence of organization HSE Management Systems & policy, procedure, and process in compliance with applicable Industry standards for similar works.
h. Quality assurance & Quality control plan/ procedures in place for the execution of similar type of work, Copy of ISO or any other certification as applicable.
i, Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
Interested vendors with the capacity to provide the materials listed above should express their interest in English language by sending the above documents to [email protected]; [email protected] (not exceeding 20 MBs) on or before 17:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on [27th June, 2022].
Subject of the email should be EOI for MST-TZ-20220606-001/002/003— VENDOR NAME.
Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
DOCG reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
Note: Only prequalified companies will receive invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
