BESIX Ballast Nedam Limited, executing Early Services for the Jetty and Load Out Facilities in the Tanga Bay for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project, invites experienced specialist Companies to express their interest for:
– Welding, Coating and NDT Inspections, Welding Procedure, Welder Qualification, Training and Certification of Site Inspectors and Destructive Testing of Materials
The Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), the United Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), as well as other international oil companies are partaking in the implementation of the EACOP Project. The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania incl. a Jetty with Load Out Facility for Oil Tankers, near Tanga in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS / SERVICES:
- 1 Welding Inspector – Min CSWIP Level 1 or equivalent
- 1 Coating Inspector – Min BGAS/CSWIP Grade II, NACE
- Level II, SSPC and ICORR Level II
- 1 NOT Inspector- Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT) as per ISO EN9712
- Welder Qualifications as per EN 9606-1 and ASME BPVC Section IX
- Welding Procedure Qualification as per EN 1090 and ASME 831.3
- “. Training and certification of contractor’s staff whenever is required for welding, coating and NDT.
- Material Testing of Project materials as per Project specifications.
Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is highly recommended
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
-Company profile with prove of sufficient financial capabilities and sufficient and capable resources.
An experience list with relevant supply history / track record showing minimum of five (5) years’ experience in execution similar services of required welding and coating services as per international standards common in the Oil and Gas business or comparable market.
- Detailed list of certified inspectors,
- List of NOT and coating equipments
- CVs of Inspectors – Company’s Quality and HSE plans and certification:
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
- Draft/Sample report dossier in pdf format
- Compliance with petroleum (local Content) regulation of 2 017 and local company definition for Tanzania.
- Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier
- Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is highly recommended.
