Worley Europe Limited as EPCM Early Services Contractor for EACOP Project Invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing Telecommunication Junction Boxes for installation in Uganda and Tanzania for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EA COP) Project.
The Republic of Uganda the Uganda National al Company (UNOC), the owned Republic of Tanzania and/or Tanzania Petroleum Development corporation (TPDC) as well as other international oil companies partaking in the development of Exploration Areas 1.1A, 2 and kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben in Uganda or their affiliates will participate in the implementation of the EACOP Project (Project Pipeline Participant).
The EACCO Project development invokes the engineering construction, Operation and maintenance of a crude export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine in Chongoleani near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF TIE SCOPE OFTHE MATERIALS
The EACOP requirements for telecommunication maw Boxes for Uganda and Tanzania, shall include the supply of but not limited to.
- For process CCTV cameras, Ex “e” certificated IP 65 rated Junction boxes
- Junction Bates for RIGA loops termination
The approximate number of junction Boxes are as follow

The scope van include design. sourcing of material manufacturing assembly, packaging supply of drawings and data at sub-vendor’s co-ordination, factory testing, delivery FCA vendor and guarantees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Companies expressing their Interest are invited to document their request with
- A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing local / national content vague
- Confirmation that they can manufacture junction boxes as per governing International codes and standards
- An experience list for similar equipment supplied to the Upstream Oil and Gas market in the last five (5) years.
- A copy of their own and man suppliers ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001 (6045001:02015) current certification.
- Extracts from their supply Quality Management Procedures, showing how material quality is implemented in the supply chain and identify what positive material identification is implemented through the manufacturing process.
- A two (2) year look ahead shop loading charts for the facilities intended to manufacture, assemble and test.
