FOR
UNDERTAKING STATUTORY AUDIT REVIEW FOR THE YEAR 2020
Background
ActionAid Tanzania (AATZ) has been supporting a wide range of development initiatives in Tanzania since 1998. It envisions ‘seeing Tanzania without poverty and injustice in which every person enjoys his/her right to a life of dignity. The organization is implementing its fourth Country Strategy Paper (CSP IV) ’People Advancing Social Justice’ which defines the organizations strategic direction in contributing to social justice, gender equality and ending poverty for the period of {we years (2018-2022). The overall Goal of the existing Country Strategy Paper IV is social justice, gender equality and accountability achieved by shifting power and redistributing resources and the rights to people living in poverty and exclusion advanced. This goal will be focusing on four program priorities:
Service Required
The board of Action Aid Tanzania is looking for the potential audit firm to the general assembly for appointment during annual general meeting to be held in November 2020. The appointed audit firm will provide services of auditing the financial statement of Action Aid Tanzania for the year ended 31 December 2020 with possibility for reappointment subsequent years to decision by the General Assembly

- Section 4: technical response including approach and methodology
- Section 5: proposed professional staff including their qualifications

- Section 7: appendix
- Appendix 7.1- firms registration details
- Appendix 7.2 – business license
- Appendix 7.3 – firms NBAA Registration certification
- Appendix 7.4 – firms tax identification number
- Appendix 7.5 – VAT Registration certificate
FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
Shall have the total estimate fee for the audit which include both professional fee and reimbursed the proposals shall contain a well detailed budget which includes all assumption in arriving at the statement fee including but not limited to number of hours/days per each team member, professionals fee rate per hour/day for each team member, total professional fee and other detailed estimated reimbursable cost, the proposed should indicate both fee and after applicable taxes
