The objective of RFQ is to award to the Bidder who offers the best value which includes price, delivery time, stock, and other relevant non-cost factors are taken into consideration.
The template is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), used when the projected acquisition specifications is clearly defined, and the Bidders can easily understand the requirements of the RFQ without any discussions or clarifications. This is appropriate for both goods and services.
You are advised to use the notes found in the right hand column to understand the requirements or to determine if a subsection is appropriate to use. Remove the comments remaining in yellow highlights before releasing the solicitation.
Do not delete any section unless it specifies that you do so.
This RFQ is valid only when signed and stamped by the Bidder’s authorized person.
For Bidders response to be considered, Bidders are strictly required to submit their bids using this format. Any additional documentation supporting this RFQ shall be submitted as annex/attachment.
