East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline lEACOP), an Oil and Gas com ny, invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in Provision of EOD (Ex osive Ordinance Disposal) Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services to the East African rude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.

The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleoni, Tanga Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 1,147 km will be in Tanzania.

Ports of the project area ore affected by ERW (Explosive Remnants of Wad which require clearance prior
to project construction works. As part of the service there is a requirements for professional oversight in the form of Quality Assurance and Quality Control to IMAS standards (International Mine Action Standards). The role is 100% field based. In addition, there may be a requirement for magnetometer datalogging services to be conducted.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES :
The Company is current looking for the Company which shall provide the following services:
• Provision of IMAS QA/QC services
• Optional, but highly desirable, capability to conduct Magnetometer datalogging services
o Data capture
o Data analysis
• Complete support services to enable team to be self-sufficient during Field deployment including:
o Full on site mobile medical support (Paramedic & Vehicle)
o Community liaison team os detailed by EACOP
o Survey Capability to achieve Sub-lm accuracy for recording purpose & GiS mopping data

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Companies ex ressin their interest are invited to document their request with:
• Proof of IMAS Qualified OA/ QC Officer:
o Qualified by Internationally recognized EOD training establishment to L3 IMAS Standard
o Proven experience in instruction of IMAS subjects to L3 standard
o Minimum 10yrs EOD Experience
o Comprehensive knowledge of IMAS reporting systems and mapping
o Recognised First Aid Qualification
• Proof of previous experience in provision of Mine Action/ EOD Services in Africa.
• Proof of experience working on projects with high levels of local engagement and liaison
• Proof of business registration and business license For Tanzania.
• Registration with the Tanzania Tax Revenue Authority.
• Proof of Tanzania Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
• Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider OSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
• Compliance with Petroleum (Local Content) Regulations, 2017-and Local Company definition for Tanzania.
