REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A MODERN KITCHEN FACILITY FOR CRDB BANK PLC NEW HEAD QUARTER BUILDING
- CRDB Bank Plc is a building its new headquarter on plot No. 25 and 26 along Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road and Plot No 21 along Barack Obama Drive. As an integral part of this project the bank plans to build an equipment modern kitchen facility in this regard the bank is looking for firm that will be responsible for supply, installation and commissioning of this facility
- The bank now invites eligible firms to collect the relevant RFP document from the following address 1st floor, CRDB Head Office along Azikiwe street Office Accommodation scheme Building opposite new Post Office, P.O. Box 268 Dar es Salaam
Alternatively interested firms can submit a request for soft copies to the following email address [email protected] - A shortlist firm will be developed on the basis of the proposal submitted to CRDB Bank Plc. The selection will be conducted though a two-staged quality based process initial short listing shall be conducted based on technical and functional capabilities, experience and skills whereas the second shortlisting shall be done based on presentation covering previous similar shall assignment experienced and capabilities in conjunction with due diligence of reference sites and head offices of the participating firms
- Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from the office of the CRDB Bank Head Office along azikiwe street 1st floor office of accommodation scheme building from 8:00 am to Friday excluding public holidays
- All tenders in one original duly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the tender Box on the 1st floor CRDB Head Office, along azikiwe Street Office accommodation scheme building opposite new post office P.O Box 268 Dar es Salaam before 15:00 hours local time on addressed to the Secretary Management Tender Committee CRDB Bank Plc , P.O. Box 268 Dar es Salaam
- All request for proposal will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders representative who will choose to attend the opening ceremony at CDRB Head Office Meeting Room situated on the 1st Floor on 3rd February 2020 at 15:00 hour’s Local time
- Late tenders, incomplete tenders, electronic tenders not received and not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
