- The bank has set aside funds for provision of debt collection agency services for NMB Bank Plc.
- The bank now invites eligible, qualified and experienced vendors to participate on the request for proposal (RFP) for Provision of debt collection services for NMB Bank Plc. Across the country The selection and shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through open competitive tendering as per the bank’s policy.
- Interested and eligible vendors shall obtain RFP document from our website www.nmbbank.co.tz/tenders and request for clarifications on the RFP document shall be sent to the office of Secretary, Management Tender Committee at [email protected] not later than day Monday 26th June 2023.
- A complete set of tender documents shall be purchased by interested Applicants at a non-refundable fee of TSHS 100,000.00 and payment should be done through any NMB Bank Plc. - The deadline for submission of the proposals will be on Monday 10th July 2023 at 15H00 EA Time. Your proposal must be marked on the envelope/email: PROVISION OF DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES FOR NMB BANK PLC ACROSS THE COUNTRY
- The proposal shall be delivered in either of the following ways: –
- Hard Copy delivery in sealed envelopes and deposited at the TENDER BOX located on ground floor of NMB Bank Head Office, at Ohio/Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar es salaam; or
- Delivery by courier and addressed to Secretary, NMB Bank Plc Management Tender Committee P.O. Box 9213, Dar es Salaam; or
- Email delivery to [email protected] (maximum document size 20MB)
8. Late tenders, portion of tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
